微型钢球表面展开和缺陷检测装置控制系统的设计

摘    要:根据微型钢球表面亚表面质量检测的技术要求,分析了微型钢球表面展开和缺陷检测装置的工作原理和缺陷检测信号处理原理,设计了微型钢球表面展开和缺陷检测装置的控制系统,给出了基于STC89S52单片机控制的步进电机速度及方向控制方法、硬件接口电路与控制程序设计方案,并通过实验验证了方法的正确性.实验结果表面,微型钢球表面展开和缺陷检测系统能驱动展开机构使钢球表面完全展开,驱动扫描机构检测出表面有缺陷的钢球,满足设计要求.

Abstract:In terms of the technical requirements on quality detection of the surface and sub-surface of a micro steel ball,this paper analyzed the working principle of the device unfolding the surface of micro steel ball and scanning defect,as well as the principle for processing the defect detection signal.A control system to unfold the surface of micro steel ball and detect defection was designed,involving the step motor speed and direction control method based on the STC89S52 microcontroller,the hardware interface circuit and control programme design.Then the result was verified through the experiment.The experimental results indicated that the unfolded mechanics could be driven and the flawed steel ball could be detected by the system of surface scanning and defect detecting,and thereby the design requirements could be met.
