摘    要:分析了红外辐射温度测量电路光电转换的基本原理,从实际应用情况入手,设计用于高速运动或运转物体的温度测量.硬件电路主要包括光电转换、前置放大、低通滤波器、后级放大.介绍了电路各个部分的作用和设计方法.最后对电路噪声特性进行研究,提出改善信噪比的方法.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the basic principle of photoelectric conversion in the thermal radiation temperature measuring system.Starting from the actual application,a temperature measurement system for high-speed moving or running objects is designed.The hardware circuit mainly includes photoelectric conversion module,preamplifier module,low-pass filter,post-level amplification module.This paper describes the function and design methods for every module of the circuit.Finally,a method is proposed to improve the signal to noise ratio by researching on the system noise.
