对激光辐射番茄种子的幼苗过氧化物酶及其同工酶活性测定

摘    要:本文采用H_e-Ne激光辐射番茄湿种子,其功率密度为0.024瓦/厘米~2,辐射时间为5分钟,经过培养后,测定番茄幼苗的过氧化物酶及其同工酶活性。实验结果表明:经过激光辐射的番茄种子发芽率高,其幼苗过氧化物酶及其同工酶活性亦高。

Abstract:We have irradiated wet tomato seeds with He-Ne laser. When the power density was 0.024W/cm~2 and the irradiation time was 5 minutes, the determination of enzymatic activity on peroxidase and peroxidase isozyme in tomato deedling. following results were found: the tomato seeds germination and the enzymatic activity with laser irradiation were greatly promoted.
