机器运动仿真的新方法及其应用

摘    要:以机械设计过程中形成的平面图形文件及运动分析数据为基础 ,提出了综合利用CAD软件和 3 D Studio软件的功能进行机器的实体运动仿真的新方法。与机构仿真相比 ,该方法更清楚地反映了机器内部零件的形状、装配关系及运动中可能产生的干涉大小和方位 ,又克服了 3 D Studio中人工生成各关键帧时相当繁琐的缺点 ,还阐述了仿真软件开发的主要思路 ,并给出了应用实例

Abstract:Based on the 2D drawings and the results of kinematic analysis generated during the process of machine design, a method for kinematic simulation of machines is presented by comprehensively combining CAD software with 3D Studio. Compared with mechanism simulation, this method can reflect the shapes of the elements in the machine clearly as well as the interferences and their positions generated probably during the operation of the machine. The annoyed works of generating key frames in 3D Studio can be avoided when this method is used. The outlines of the simulation software development is also introduced and an example is given in the paper.
