| 摘 要： | 师能培训在高校师范专业的教学中，占有举足轻重的地位，关系着师范教育的成败。实践证明，将微格教学引入师能培训的教学实践，通过对学生进行理论－示范－实践－反馈评价－再实践的反复训练，可以收到事半功倍的教学效果。
