摘    要:组织学工作表明锯缘青蟹(Scylla serrata)屏蔽色素具有昼夜迁移特征。在摘除其X-器官窦腺系统后,它的视网膜电图昼夜节律变化幅度降低,暗适应时间缩短,波形及振幅-强度曲线也发生变化。

Abstract:Histological research Indicates the circadian change in pigment migration ofretina in the crab Scytta serrata. After resection of the X-organ-sinus gland, we find that the circadian rhythms in the ERG sensitivity decreased, the time course of dark adaption shortened, and that both the waveform of ERG and thereesponse amplitude of the ERG versus Log light intensity curves change.
