Discussion on the Problem of the Modern Information --Concurrent Comment on "the Information Is a Message System"

This paper briefly expounds the distinctions between the modern information and the western modern informatics and the inevitable connection of the modern information with the modern society, and points out that the modern information is an objective reality existing under the conditions of the modern economy, the information not only reflects the past, but also controls the economic process, and the saying of "the information is a message system" can't disclose the essential characteristics of the information.
