面临跨世纪的东莞理工学院教师队伍建设初步思考和建议

本文从人事师资管理角度出发，从一个较长远师资队伍建设规划入手考虑，突出要培养高素质的人才，离不开高素质的教师队伍，要保证高素质的教师，就需要有一套科学，严肃，有效的的教师管理体制。

SOME PERSONAL VIEWS ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE TEACHING STAFF HEADING FOR THE NEW CENTURY

This paper points out that the highly qualified teaching staff is very important for nurturing and educating talents with high quality. To have a highly qualified teaching staff we need a set of strict, scientific and effective management systems. This point of view is dealt with in two aspects in this paper: to employ and use the teachers reasonably and to make the teachers improve themselves. It also points out that to set up the staff management system depends not only on the personnel department but also on the leaders of the school as well as the teachers themselves. Only in this way can a set of effective management systems be set up.
