| 摘 要： | 目的:综述天然产物白藜芦醇的化学合成及药理作用的研究进展.方法:检索有关文献进行综合分析.结果:近几年研究表明,白藜芦醇的化学合成方法主要有Perkin反应、Heck反应以及Wittig-Horner反应.同时发现它具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、保肝等多种药理作用.结论:白藜芦醇具有广泛的药理作用,显示了其良好的研究及开发前景,今后进一步加强临床应用研究是很有必要的.

| Abstract: | Objective: To review the research advances on chemical synthesis and pharmacological activity of resveratrol,a natural product.Methods: Relative literatures were summarized and analyzed.Results: Methods of chemical synthesis of resveratrol included Perkin reaction,Heck reaction and Wittig-Horner reaction.The resveratrol had the pharmacological activities of antitumor,anti-oxidation and hepatic protection.Conclusion: It is valuable to explore and apply the resveratrol,because it has notable pharmacological activities,so it is necessary to carry out further research. |
