| 摘 要： | ERP是一种利用现代信息技术建立的管理信息系统,能够全面整合企业内外资源,有效提高企业的经济效益和竞争能力。但是,ERP实施成功率低的问题一直是制约其应用的一个重要影响因素。通过分析企业业务流程对ERP实施绩效的影响,研究探讨了如何通过业务流程优化(BPI)促进ERP的成功建设。

| Abstract: | ERP is a kind of management information system by using the modern information technology, which can integrate the internal and external resources of the enterprise and improve the economic benefits and competitive power of enterprise. But, the problem of low success ratio of ERP is an important factor restricting its application. Through the analysis on the influence of enterprise business process on the performance of ERP, this paper probes into how to promote the successful construction of ERP through BPI. |
