复合支护在煤矿"三软"煤层巷道的研究与应用

摘    要:开滦林南仓矿业分公司煤11为三软煤层,顶板、煤层、底板均比较软,掘进及回采过程巷道变形严重,巷道进行多次套修仍不能满足安全生产需要,.通过对锚杆作用机理进行分析和研究,三软煤层巷道采取金属拱形支架与锚网复合支护,与原巷道支护进行分析比较,找出适合三软煤层的支护形式,确定采取最佳支护类型,延长巷道的服务年限.

Abstract:Kailuan Coal Mining Co 11 linnancang three soft seam,roof,seam and floor are quite soft,and the mining process Roadway excavation serious multiple sets of tunnel repair still can not meet the safety requirements.Bolt mechanism through analysis and research,the three soft coal seam to the metal stent and anchor net composite arch support,and the original roadway was analyzed and compared to find out for three forms of the supporting soft coal,determined to take the most Best type of support,extending the service life of the roadway.
