| 摘 要： | 本文通过查找分析当前我国成人教育中普遍存在的教育质量问题,有针对性地提出相应的改革措施和解决途径.探索新时期成人教育发展的基本理论和应用,树立社会转型期所需要的成人教育新理念,并指导成人教育教学管理各环节的改革.根据查找的问题,具体制定解决问题的主要措施和对策,建立起较完备的成人教育教学质量体系.
