| 摘 要： | 在文献回顾的基础上,针对中国建筑安全生产的基本情况,运用层次分析法,构建了建设单位对工程项目安全效应影响的综合评价层次结构模型.通过分析,确定了建设单位对工程项目安全效应影响因素的综合权重,并就此提出了建设单位参与工程项目安全管理的有效途径和手段.

| Abstract: | Based on the review of related literatures,the hierarchic model of comprehensive evaluation system of construction unit＇s impact on safety effect of construction project was built with Analytical Hierarchy Process,according to the present situation of production safety in the building industry.By analysis,the comprehensive weight of the influence factors for the construction unit＇s impact on safety effect of construction project were calculated,and the effective ways and means by which construction unit participated in project safety management were also investigated. |
