| 摘 要： | 面对高等教育日趋国际化的今天,建立多元的教育质量观很有必要.因此,应树立多元化的人才观和质量观,建立和完善国际化的人才质量标准,不断完善教育评估与高等教育质量保证体系.建立教学质量监控体系和评估制度是保障高等教育质量的重要手段.本文借鉴美国和其他发达国家的办学特色,深入探讨了我国人才培养质量的全面保障模式.

| Abstract: | Higher education is increasingly internationalized today.It is necessary to establish diversified education quality views.The diversified talent views and quality views should be,therefore,fostered to establish and improve nationalization standard of talent quality,and to perfect the system of educational assessment and quality assurance.The effective system of control and evaluation can assure the quality of higher education.Refering to the school-running characteristics of United States and other developed countries,the full-scope assurance mode of quality of talent-training was analyzed in depth. |
