摘    要:在前期开发的常温纤维冲击磨损测试仪的基础上,通过增加温度控制装置,构建了高温纤维冲击磨损测试系统,利用该系统对高温过滤材料中常用的PPS(聚苯硫醚)纤维进行了测试.另外,还研究了冲击气流中的粒子浓度与磨损程度之间的关系.结果表明:PPS纤维材料的磨损程度随工作温度的增加而增加,特别是当温度达到一定程度时,影响非常显著;...

Abstract:PPS fiber properties were tested on the previously developed abrasion tester,to which temperature-controlled attachment was added to build a testing system for fibers under high temperature,in order to work out the abrasion of textile filter materials under high temperature.The relation between abrasion and particle density was also studied.It shows that abrasion increases with the environmental temperature,especially when the temperature rises to a high degree.When the temperature and other conditions remain unchanged,abrasion changes with the particle density nearly as a index movement.
