| 摘 要： | 进入"十二五"时期后,我国的大学生应该不仅仅是求职者,更应当是工作岗位的创造者,成为推动我国经济发展的内生力量。应从培育社会创业氛围、开展系列创业教育、加大资金扶持力度和严格落实创业政策等方面共同推进大学生创业型就业。

| Abstract: | In the period of 12th Five-Year plan, college students in China are not only job hunters, but more exactly the creators of jobs, and they should become the internal drive to promote economic development in China. After analyzing the connotation and meaning of college students starting their career, and based on the current problems, it is proposed in this article that the starting-a-career style of employment should be encouraged in the aspects of cultivating environment for starting a career, carrying out series of education of starting a career, increasing the financial support and strictly implementing the policy of starting a career. |
