镍磷化学镀层的性质与磷含量和热处理工艺的关系

摘    要:综述了Ni-P镀层的各种性质与磷含量和热处理工艺的关系,这些性质包括镀层组织结构,力学性质,耐磨和耐腐蚀性,电磁和热性质以及可焊性,金刚石车削性等。阐明了镀层结构转变影响这睦性质的变化的原理。同时简述了Ni-P镀层的一些重要应用和发展前景。

Abstract:The relationships of electroless properties of Ni P deposits with content of phosphorus and heat treatment are reviewed.These properties of Ni P coating include structure of deposits,strength,ductility,hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,electrical and magnetic properties,solderability,internal stress,thermal expansion coefficient and machinability.And the principles of change of the properties are explained on the basis of structure transformation in the deposits.Some important applications and prospects of Ni P deposits are described briefly also.
