| 摘 要： | 运有比较解剖学方法对仙客来的正常植株和患仙客来病毒病植株的叶片及叶柄进行了解剖、观察、研究 .结果表明 ,患病毒病仙客来的叶片及叶柄与正常植株的叶片及叶柄的解剖结构均有一定的差异 ,其中叶片的解剖结构差异较为明显 .患病植株叶的部分细胞遭到破坏 ,导致皱缩、卷曲等现象产生 ,影响了组织器官的正常生理功能

Comparative anatomy study on normal leaves and virus disease leaves of Cyclamen persicum Mill |

| Abstract: | Observed and compared normal leaves and leaves that suffered virus diseasse of Cyclamen persicum Mill .by method of comparative anatomy.The results show that there are some difference between normal and affected leaves in structure,there are more difference in lamin.The damage of most cells of affected leaves were invaded by virus Thus affected normal function of organs. |
