摘    要:从培养基组份和培养条件两方面对结球白菜玻璃化的成因进行了研究,初步认为激素浓度和琼脂浓度是影响结球白菜玻璃化的主要原因,在一定范围内,降低BA、NAA浓度、提高琼脂浓度,不会影响芽的分化率,却有利于正常芽的分化形成;而改用通气性好的一三角瓶或降低AgNO3浓度,对抑制玻璃芽的发生无明显作用。

Abstract:Medium gradient and culture conditions in plant tissue culture of Chinese cabbage were studied.The vitrification of regeneration shoots of Chinese cabbage in vitro was mostly affected by hormones concentration and agar concent.To some certain,the normal shoot regeneration was facilitated by decreasing hormone concentration of increasing agar concentration.But there is no evident effect for inhibiting the occurrence of vitreous shoot by decreasing AgNO-3 concentration or changing culture dishes into culture flasks.
