摘    要:“人无信不立,政无信不威,商无信不富”。诚信是企业重要的无形资产,具有道德、法律和经济学方面的价值。文章就目前企业的诚信缺乏现状进行了分析,并提出完善法律法规,加强执法力度,提高守信意识,建立信用档案等相应对策。

Abstract:An old saying goes like that: Lack of credit,a person can make nothing;lack of credit,a government will lose its power;lack of credit,a company cannot make a profit.As the important intangible assets,credit has a moral,lawful and economic value.The article analyzes the current situation of enterprise credit,and put forward some suggestions,such as consummating the law about the credit,enhancing the intension about execution of law,improving consciousness of keep the credit,establishing credit record and etc.
