| 摘 要： | 本文研究M/M/R机器可修问题，假设多个服务台可服务同台故障机器.用矩阵分析方法得到了系统的稳态概率，并给出数值实例. 建立费用模型，讨论了维修率对系统指标的影响，并得到了最优维修率.

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the M/M/R machine repair problem and assumes that a breakdown machine may be served by multiple servers at a time. The steady-state probabilities are obtained by the matrix analytical method with numerical examples. In addition, we develop a cost model to discuss the impact of the service rate on the performance indexes of the system, and get the optimal service rate. |
