| 摘 要： | 通过对历届体育专业毕业生的抽样调查，发现体育专业培养出来的中等学校体育教师的诸多问题，特别是在组织能力、训练能力、裁判能力以及动手能力培养上，显得极其薄弱，应引起我们足够重视。因此，为了更好地培养适应中学体育教育发展的合格中学体育教师，教育实习改革势在必行。
