明置基础高层建筑风振时层状半空间地基材料阻尼比的研究

摘    要:利用层状半空间地基上明置基础阻抗函数的简化计算公式,研究了明置基础高层建筑在动力风荷载作用下地基土材料阻尼比的取值范围。计算分析表明风振时层状场地地基土的材料阻尼比很小。一般不超过3%。因此,土一结构相互作用对高层建筑风振响应并不一定有利。对有明置基础的弯剪型钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙高层建筑结构,分别采用粘弹性均质半空间地基模型和层状半空间锥体地基模型,进行了风振响应分析,并将结果进行了对比。结果表明:采用层状半空间锥体地基模型时,一般考虑7层土介质已经可以基本满足要求;选用层状半空间锥体地基模型,结果较精确,但计算量大,而选用粘弹性均质半空间地基模型。偏于保守,但计算简便,精度可以满足工程实际的需要。

Abstract:A simplified formula for evaluating impedance functions of box basement on layered foundation is used to study the soil material damping ratio for the wind-induced vibration of high-rise building on the box basement.It is found that for the above situation the soil material damping ratio is commonly less than 3%.Then,the viscous-elastic homogeneous half-space foundation model and the layered cone foundation model are used to evaluate the response of frame-shear wall structures with box basement subjected to along-wind load for comparison.The results show that only seven layers of soils need to be thought about when layered cone foundation model is selected.Using the layered cone foundation model,the results are comparative accurate but the computing amount is large,while using viscous-elastic homogeneous foundation model,the computation is easy and effective,and the accuracy can satisfy the need of practical engineering.In the response analysis of structure to wind-induced vibration,the effect of soil-structure interaction should be considered.
