一类多层次的生物反恐应急物流网络集成动态优化控制

摘    要:为提高生物反恐防御系统紧急救援物资保障和供应能力,研究了国家储备库和城市多层次应急物流网络的优化问题.针对需求情景不确定的情况,提出了基于Benders分解的一个两阶段随机混合整数规划模型,并对情景数较小的情况进行了仿真分析.与确定性应急物流网络规划方法相比,该模型考虑了应急需求的不确定性以及多层次网络之间的协同性,能够更有效地指导应急物流网络的优化决策.

Abstract:To improve the supply capability of emergency rescue resources in anti-bioterrorism defense system,the multi-level emergency logistics network optimization problem between national storehouse and city rescue centers is studied.Aiming at the uncertainty of emergency demand scene,a stochastic mixed integers planning model of two stages is put forward and solved using Benders decomposition.Furthermore,the situation of small scene is analyzed by simulation.Compared with planning method of certain emergency logistics network,the proposed model is more effective for solving the emergency logistics planning problem.
