| 摘 要： | 淮阴市天气现象复杂多变,各种农业自然灾害频繁,严重年份常造成粮食减产和失收。本文利用江苏省降水资料（1950～1980年）,对本市因雨量多和雨日长所造成的涝情进行分析,并提出防御减灾措施。

| Abstract: | Affected by geographival environments, the weather in Huaiyin city is very complicated. Many kinds of natural calamities occur constantly. In some critical years, they often result in the reduction or shortfall in the output. So. making use of the precipitation data (1950 - 1980 )of jiangsu province . this article analyses the waterlogging in HuaiYin caused either by excessive rainfall. by rainstorm, or by the rain lasting too long a time. This article also provides you with some counter measures in preventing this waterlogging. |
