内压作用下弯管应力的实验研究

摘    要:采用电阴应变测量技术研究了带有初始随圆度的弯管在纯内压作用下的应力分布。实验结果表明,弯头横载面上的环向应力和轴向应力分布均呈相似的“W”型,但各点环向应力的绝对值均大于轴向应力。最大应力在外弧线的环向,比直管高出62.7%,最小应力在中线弧处,为负值。这种应力分布情况也与弯管受平面弯矩时完全不同。

Abstract:The stress distribution of a curved pipe with an initial elliptic cross section under internal pressure was studied by using electric resistance strain method. The experimental results showed that both the circumferential and axial stresses around the cross section varied in a similar "W" shape, but the former was larger than the latter in absolute valume. The circumferential stress of the extrados is about 62.7% higher than the circumferential stress of straight pipe with the same section size and pressure, while the stress of the middle curve is less then zero. It is also indicated that the stress curves under internal pressure are different from those under in plane bending moments both in shape and in the location of the maximal stress.
