不同所有制企业组织结构的差异研究

基于大样本的统计分析，着重对组织结构这一企业内部环境因素在不同所有制企业配对组中的横向差异进行了对比和分析研究。结果发现：在企业的机构设置方面，国有企业与三资企业、私营企业存在显著的差异；在企业的管理机制方面，三资企业与国有企业、私营企业也存在显著差异。最后，作者对三种企业在组织结构方面提出调整措施。

Study on the Differences of Organizational Structure for Different Ownership Enterprises

Internal environmental factors of enterprises could influence the aspects of enterprises directly. The article is a sectional different study based on the organizational structure of the different ownership enterprises in pairs, which are analyzed by large sample statistics. The results have been found: there are some significant differences in both the organizational structure and the managerial mechanism of them respectively. At last, the authors put forward to some suggestions to the three types of enterprises based on the organizational structure.
