摘    要:本文研究了应用吸附剂直接从焦化苯中吸附脱除微量噻吩的焦化苯精制工艺 ,实验结果表明改性 ZSM- 5分子筛具有最好的吸附效果 ,其吸附容量可达 8.9mg/g吸附剂以上。同时研究了操作条件对吸附过程的影响 ,升高温度有利于提高吸附容量和吸附速度 ,减小吸附剂颗粒大小可以显著提高吸附速度 ,但吸附剂内含水会显著降低吸附剂的吸附性能。该吸附剂可以通过高温水蒸汽吹扫再生

Abstract:A new technology to remove thiophene directly from liquid coke-chemical benzene with adsorbent has been investigated. The experimental results have shown that the modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve is the best adsorbent, of which the static adsorptive capacity may attain up to 8.9mg/g. Meanwhile, the effects of operating conditions on the adsorption process have also been studied. Increase in temperature, decrease in the size of adsorbent particles and water content in the adsorbent can improve greatly the adsorptive capacity and rate. This modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve adsorbent can be recovered with water steam at a high temperature.
