| Abstract: | An assessing model for construction project bidding is established based on the Blin method using the principle of fuzzy mathematics. The comparison problem of multi_factors with different weights has been simplified into the judgement of single scoring index that is scientific, subjective and comprehensive in the assessing procedure of construction projects. |
