| Abstract: | The world management theory has been developed into a higher stage now after passing through three stages. There is the sublimation in the recognition of the people. This paper points out that the people is the most important resource and the most valuable wealth, and understanding the contents of the humanistic management in various aspects and establishing the people-based management mechanism are the requirement of the times and the key of the success of the enterprises. |
