葡萄贮藏保鲜技术研究进展

摘    要:介绍了影响葡萄耐贮性的采前因素、常见的致病菌和贮藏条件,特别提出了灰霉葡萄孢引起的灰霉病是鲜食葡萄最具破坏性的病症.分别从冷藏、气调贮藏、保鲜剂应用、臭氧处理等几个方面对葡萄贮藏保鲜技术进行了分析和讨论,总结了近年来葡萄贮藏保鲜技术的研究现状和发展方向.

Abstract:This paper has discussed the preharvest factors of influence on stor ability in grape and common pathogenic microorganism and fresh keeping condition s,and pointed particular that grape gray mold disease caused by Botrytis cineras is the most destructive one.The analysis and discussion on grape cold storage, controlled atmosphere storage, radiating, coating, application of preservative a nd ozone was carried out respectively and present situation of research on the s torage of table grapes for is summarized recent years.
