复合枪管传热的数值分析

摘    要:枪管烧蚀引起枪管尺寸逐渐改变。烧蚀是热、化学和机械因素共同作用的结果,其中热起主要作用,计算枪管射击时的温度分布有助于了解枪管烧蚀过程。该文选择了3 种枪管结构形式,建立了用有限差分法求解射击时温度分布的数学模型,确定了有关参数,计算了相同射击条件时3 种结构枪管射击后的温度分布,分析了材料性能对温度的影响。计算结果对进一步研究枪管结构具有参考价值。

Abstract:Gun barrel erosion can be defined as the gradual changes in barrel dimensions. Erosion is the result of the combined of thermal, mechanical and chemical processes,the chief factor of which is thermal. In this paper, three gun barrel structures are chosen. The model of calculating temperature distribution of gun barrel during firing using finite difference method is established. When parameters concerned have been determined,the temperature distribution of three structures in the same standard of firing are calculated. The effect of material property on temperature is discussed. The calculation results are valuable for the further study on the structure of gun barrel.
