碳氮比对A/O-MBR工艺中污水脱氮除磷的影响研究

摘    要:在高、低碳氮比情况下,探究A/O-MBR现场工艺中污水氨氮、总氮和总磷的去除效率及其变化规律。研究结果显示,随着进水碳氮比升高,出水中总氮去除效率由(44.1±8.9)%提升至(78.5±7.9)%,总磷去除效率未受影响。差异性代谢产物分析表明,提升碳氮比能够增强菌群的氨基酸代谢功能,同时促进核黄素的生物合成,共同提升污水中氮的去除效率。

Abstract:The changing profiles of NH4+-N, total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphate (TP) were investigated in the A/O-MBR process at high and low carbon-to-nitrogen ratios. By elevating the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio, there was an increase in the removal efficiency of TN from 44.1%±8.9% to 78.5%±7.9%, while the removal efficiency remained unchanged for TP. Metabolite analyses revealed that enhanced metabolism of amino acids contributed significantly to efficient nitrogen removal from wastewater and the up-regulation of riboflavin biosynthesis, further improving the water quality.
