1 -氯蒽醌介体改性膜的制备及脱色应用

摘    要:解决氧化还原介体易随水体流失的问题,以PVDF为膜基材,1 氯蒽醌为氧化还原介体添加剂,采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备氧化还原介体膜,并对改性前后的PVDF膜进行SEM、FTIR和XRD等表征,检测膜的水通量和BSA截留率等,对比原膜与介体膜对染料的脱色效率。结果表明,1 氯蒽醌可成功固载在PVDF膜上,1 氯蒽醌含量为2%时,所成膜表观平整,机械性能良好;改性后的PVDF膜孔隙变大,纯水通量从502 L·(m2·h)-1增高到915 L·(m2·h)-1,完全脱色时间由94 h缩短为46 h,效率提高了2倍。证明所制备的蒽醌介体膜有良好的电子传递能力,可有效提高脱色效率。

Abstract:o solve the redox mediator loss with water,redox mediator membranes were prepared by phase inversion via immersion precipitation with PVDF as the polymer and 1 chloroanthraquinone as the redox mediator additive.The original and modified PVDF membranes were characterized by SEM,FTIR and XRD,their water flux and BSA rejection detected,and the decolorization efficiency of the PVDF membrane and the redox mediator membranes compared.The results showed that 1 chloroanthraquinone could be immobilized on the PVDF membrane with good appearance and mechanical properties when the 1 Chloranraquinone content was 2%,and that the modified PVDF membranes porosity became larger,the pure water flux increased from 50.2 L·(m2·h)-1 to 91.5 L·(m2·h)-1,the complete decolorization time shortened from 94 h to 46 h,and the efficiency increased by 2 times.It was therefore proved that the prepared anthraquinone mediator membrane had good electron transfer ability to improve the decolorization with good effect.
