有机光电耦合器件的特性

摘    要:对有机发光二极管在传感器和光电子器件上应用的可能性进行了初步研究. 用有机发光二极管和光敏二极管组成了新型光电耦合器件, 实现了电信号的隔离传输. 实验表明, 这种新型光电耦合器可用于低速模拟信号的线性隔离传输, 传送方波信号时有明显失真, 目前不适合数字信号传输.

Abstract:This paper explores the application probability of the organic light-emitting diodes(OLED) in the fields like sensors and optoelectronic devices. A new type of optocoupler made with OLED and photodiodes is studied. Low-frequency analog signals are transferred by the organic optocoupler. Its not suitable for transmitting digital signal or high-frequency signals on present. Our experimentations show that there are obviously distortions when squared-wave is transferred. The results of experimentations also give some hues to the study of carrier mobility in polymer semiconductors.
