| 摘 要： | 构建了城市竞争力系统(U rban Com petitiveness System,UCS)结构模糊关系矩阵,定量化描述了UCS内部结构。在此基础上,计算系统内各要素及其属性的系统贡献度,并以此为依据分析各要素在系统中所处地位及成因,确立了城市产业竞争力和城市政府管理力在UCS中的核心影响要素地位。最后,找出UCS中各要素间作用的最优链路,为进一步研究UCS运行机理提供依据。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the composition of Urban Competitiveness System(UCS) and the interactions between the elements,the structural model of UCS is set up with the method of fuzzy relation matrix of attribute-to-attribute.According to the calculation of the relative contributiveness rate of elements and its attributes,the relative position and cause of formation of every element in system are analyzed,and the main elements are determined.Finally,the chain circuits of the main elements interplaying in system are found out,which will provide the foundation for further study on the operation mechanism of UCS. |
