| 摘 要： | 2005年9月对广西扶绥九重山的一群白头叶猴跟踪观察,采集粪便样品,并从中提取粪便DNA。从已发表的36对灵长类微卫星引物中筛选出5对多态性较高的引物对提取产物进行PCR扩增,对扩增产物进行基因型分析后,成功地对这群白头叶猴进行了个体识别。该研究表明,运用粪便DNA技术并结合微卫星分析技术可以有效地完成对白头叶猴的个体识别。

| Abstract: | Fecal samples of white headed langurs(Trachypithecus leucocephalus) were collected from Jiuchong Shan in Fusui County,Guangxi,China.The white headed langurs' DNA was extracted from them.The fecal DNA was amplified by PCR with 5 polymophic micro satellite as the primer whith were selected from 32 published micro satellite loci.Through analyzing,these 14 individual amplified product were identified from a group of white headed langurs.The result showed that the method which combine extracting DNA from fecal samples and micro satellite technology is a reliable method for individual identification of white headed langur. |
