| 摘 要： | 高师函授教育是我国成人教育中一个相当重要的组成部分。近年来高师函授教育的发展，为我国的基础教育培养了一支庞大的师资队伍。为适应教育体制的改革，不断提高教育质量，高师函授教育也必须改革，使之不断地向系统化、规范化方向发展。
