| 摘 要： | 抗战时期 ,国民党虽然实际上承认了共产党的合法地位 ,但国民党只愿有条件地解决共产党的合法地位问题。国民党解决共产党合法地位问题的途径有三 :共产党合并于国民党 ;共产党交出军队和政权 ;“俟宪法颁布后再谈”。因此 ,共产党的合法地位问题并未完全解决。

| Abstract: | During the Anti-Japanese War,it is based upon such conditions that Guomindang could admit the communist Party's legal status as:the Communist Party should be combined into Guomindang;the Communist Party should give up its army and political rights;or the problem should be discussed after the constitution formulated.Thus the problem of the Communist Party's legal status was not solved completely. |
