| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了气平衡抽油机的平衡扭矩、曲柄轴净扭矩以及最佳平衡压力的计算方法,给出了计算公式。此外,提出了气平衡抽油机的相当扭矩因数的概念,建议在气平衡抽油机的有关计算标准中推广采用,以方便平衡计算和扭矩计算。

| Abstract: | Method for calculating the balance torque, net torque of the crank shaft and the optimum balance pressure of the pumping unit is discussed in this paper. Formulas for calculating those values are also given.The conception of corresponding torque factor of the air-balance pumping unit is put forward.It is suggested that this method be generalized in the calculation of relevant standards of air-balance pumping unit so as to make the calculation of balance and torque more convenient |
