| 摘 要： | 综述国内外有关冬泳对学习记忆能力影响的研究报道,分析并推测其可能通过调控神经内分泌系统、改变钙离子浓度、减轻自由基损伤、降低神经细胞凋亡率和提高新陈代谢等途径影响老年人学习记忆能力.
