摘    要:CPR1000项目核岛辅助系统施工管理是项目施工管理关键之一。结合其施工逻辑,利用数据库技术将设计、采购、土建、厂外预制等上游输入环节量化成工程量的形式。一方面可以准确地计算出工程量,合理调配施工资源;同时,利用数据库系统引导管理者及时发现制约工程进展的主要问题。根据上述信息,可以提前进行干预,使供应链和施工资源配置更为协调。

Abstract:The construction management of Nuclear Island Auxiliary System is one of the most important in the engineering management of CPR1000 project. According to the construction logic,we can indicate the upstream input (such as designing, equipment purchasing, civil works, off-site prefabricated) in the form of the quantities by using database technique. We can dispatch the construction resources appropriately by calculating the quantities accurately,and also can find the main problem timely, which brings adverse impact to the project schedule. By using these information,we can bring early intervention to coordinate the supply chain and dispatching of construction resources well.
