| 摘 要： | 文章对西藏野生薄荷进行了无性繁殖研究，分析了不同浓度的激素和不同激素配比对野生薄荷分化诱导和生根诱导影响，并认为最佳分化培养基为：MS＋6BA0．5＋IAA0．5mg／L＋pH5．8；最佳生根培养基为：MS＋NAAlmg／L＋pH5．8。

| Abstract: | In this Paper, asexual reproduction of Tibetan wild mint was researched and, the effect of different concentrations of hormones and ratio of different hormones on induction of differentiation and rooting were analyzed as well. The results showed that the optimum medium for differentiation of wild mint was MS ＋6 BA0.5 ＋ IAA0.5mg / L ＋ pH 5.8 and the optimum medium for induction of rooting was MS ＋ NAAlmg/L ＋ pH 5.8. |
