西藏老年高血压患者的护理

目的：探讨西藏老年高血压患者的护理方法,提高生活质量。方法：对2008年8月～2011年8月我科收治的60岁以上的老年高血压患者106例,采取用药护理、饮食指导、心理护理等方法进行护理。结果：105例老年高血压患者经过正规用药治疗及精心护理血压得到有效控制,病情稳定出院。1例女性藏族患者62岁死于脑梗塞。结论：对老年高血压患者早发现、早诊断、早治疗和采取积极有效的护理措施,可减少老年高血压的发病率、致残率、病死率,延长生存期限。

Nursing Care of Elder Hypertension in Tibet

The way of the nursing care to hypertension in the elderly patients was discussed to improve the quality of their life.60 elderly patients with hypertension（106 cases） were conducted with medication care,diet guidance and psychological nursing from August 2008-August 2011.The result showed that 105 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were effectively controlled their blood pressure and discharged from hospital with stable condition after regular treatment and careful nursing,except one 62 years old Tibetan female patient died in cerebral infarction.So that early diagnosis,early treatment and effective nursing measures can reduce the incidence of elder hypertension,disability,mortality and prolong of the survival period.
