铁楼乡白马藏族经济社会现状与旅游经济发展研究——文县藏族乡村经济社会跨越式发展调研

铁楼是甘肃省文县唯一的藏族乡，近年来铁楼乡道路基础设施建设、农业综合开发、教育医疗卫生等都取得了前所未有的成就，同时，铁楼因地理、历史及环境等众多因素的影响，经济社会发展还存在许多问题、文章认为铁楼藏族乡实现跨越式发展，首先必须制定“旅游富民”规划，确立旅游在铁楼藏族乡经济社会发展中的中心地位；其次移民兴建白马藏族民俗文化村，打造白马藏族文化品牌，实现传统发展模式向现代转型；其三要发展特色旅游经济，实现跨越式发展。

A Research on Social and Economic Status of Baima Tibetan in Tielou, Gansu and the Development of Tourist Economy in the Area

Tielou is the only Tibetan village in Wen County, Gansu. In recent years Tielou has acquired great achievements on road construction, comprehensive agricultural development, education, medical and health work, etc. However, because of Tielou＇s condition of geography, history and environment, etc, there are many cultural village are suggested as well as the build of Baima Tibetan culture brand so as to promote the traditional development mode to the modern one. Thirdly, it is put forward that the development of the characteristic tourist economy can achieve a great development of the area.
