一个含噁二唑环新烟碱化合物的合成及应用研究

摘    要:目的:研究具备对人畜低毒或无毒、对环境友好等特性的高效的新烟碱类杀虫剂。方法:以吡虫啉这种高效新烟碱杀虫剂作为先导化合物,保留硝基亚胺基N杂环结构,通过引进噁二唑环代替氯吡啶环设计并合成一个新化合物。结果:氢核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)、红外光谱(IR)对合成的目标化合物结构予以确认,生物测试数据表明,该化合物具有一定的杀虫活性。结论:为进一步研究寻找更合适的新烟碱类杀虫剂提供参考。

Abstract:A neonicotinoids insecticide with characteristics of effective,non-toxic and easily decomposition was investigated by the regarded imidacloprid as leading compound,a novel nicotinic compound was designed and synthesized by retaining the structure of Imino-N heterocyclic and the by oxdiazole replacing the Pyridine-cyclic.Results: The structures of the novel nicotinic compound were confirmed by 1H-NMR and IR.According to the screen results,the compound shows certain insectical activity.The investigation is just as a clue to find out an adaptive neonicotinoids insecticides.
