| 摘 要： | 辨析了民办职业院校教师队伍稳定性的基本内涵,分析了民办职业院校教师队伍稳定性的现状,指出了影响稳定性的主要原因,阐述了保持稳定性的重要意义,在此基础上从政府、社会、学校三方面提出了稳定教师队伍的对策建议。
