微波辐射合成2,6-吡啶二甲酸二乙酯

摘    要:以2,6-吡啶二甲酸为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,微波辐射条件下合成了2,6-吡啶二甲酸二乙酯,并研究了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、辐射时间和微波辐射功率对产物收率的影响。结果表明,当微波功率为200W,辐射时间为30min,醇酸摩尔比24∶1,浓硫酸为2mL时,收率可达79.3%.

Abstract:Diethyl 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate was synthesized under microwave irradiation by using 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid as raw material,concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst.The effects of the dosage of catalyst,microwave radiated time,the molar ratio for raw materials and microwave radiated power on the yield were investigated.The results showed that The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the concentrated sulfuric acid was 2ml(0.037mol),microwave radiated time was 30 min,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 24:1 and the microwave radiated power was 200W.The yield of product was 79.3% in the optimum reaction conditions.
