电感电容匹配电路对超声换能器振动特性的影响

摘    要:为使大功率超声设备高效而安全地工作,在超声发生器和超声换能器之间必须进行匹配电路的设计,由于超声换能器本身是一个共振系统,匹配电路将对超声换能器的振动特性产生影响。通过研究电感电容匹配电路及其对超声换能器共振频率的影响规律,结果表明:电感电容匹配后换能器的串联共振频率和并联共振频率都变小了。

The Influence of Inductance Capacitance Matching Circuit on Ultrasonic Transducer

Abstract:In order to make high-power ultrasonic equipment work effenciently and securely, the matching circuit should be connected between ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic generator. Since ultrsonic trandducer is a resonance system, it will affect ultrasonic transducer. In the paper, the inductance capacitance matching circuit and it's influence on the transducer were studied. The result shows that cascade resonance frequency and parallel resonance frequency become smaller after the matching of inductance and capacitance.
