摘    要:近年来,我国国有企业高级人才大批流失,原因在于人才货币收入偏低,职业生涯风险成本偏高。为彻底解决这一问题,微观上可采用主动出价、无出价或聘任三种策略,宏观上则需要进行彻底的企业制度改革。

Abstract:Recent years, large-numbers of senior personnel of state-owned enterprises abandon their occupation in favor of another because of lower income and higher professional risk cost. In order to solve this problem, three strategies of active offering, no offering or inviting can be adopted macroscopically, and thorough reform of enterprises' system should be made microscopically.
